Product Guarantees - Uncoated Bristols 

Offset Printing:

• Springhill Index, Springhill Digital Index, Springhill Vellum Bristol Cover, Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Cover and Springhill Tag are guaranteed to perform on small and large offset presses.
• Springhill Index, Springhill Digital Index, Springhill Vellum Bristol Cover, Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Cover and Springhill Tag products are guaranteed to perform on offset digital presses such as the Quickmaster, True-Press, Karat 74, etc.

Electronic Imaging:

• Springhill Digital Index and Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Cover products are guaranteed to perform on office electronic imaging equipment such as copiers and laser printers that accept higher basis weight papers.
• Springhill Digital Index and Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Cover products are guaranteed to perform on large electronic imaging printers such as Docutech, Oce, and Kodak that are designed to accept higher basis weight papers.
• Springhill Digital Index and Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Cover products are guaranteed to perform on blanket image transfer digital printers such as Nexpress.
• Springhill Bristol products are not qualified on large, high-speed digital presses such as Xeikon, Indigo, etc.

High Speed Ink Jet Printing:

• Springhill Bristol products are not guaranteed for high-speed ink jet applications (e.g., Scitex).

Converting:

• Springhill Index, Springhill Digital Index, Springhill Vellum Bristol Cover and Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Cover products are not guaranteed for convertibility after a heat-set offset press. However, the product will perform if proper care is taken.

Pre-Printing:

• Springhill Digital Index and Springhill Digital Vellum Bristol Coverproducts are guaranteed to perform when pre-printed on small or large offset presses and then imaged using office electronic imaging equipment or large electronic imaging printers that are designed to accept higher basis weight papers. Please refer to our Pre-Printing guidelines when performing this type of work.

International Paper guarantees the performance of these products as set forth above by offering replacement paper or credit for that paper which fails to perform.

International Paper’s liability is limited to replacement of the paper or credit in the amount of the purchase price of the paper. International Paper will not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, INTERNATIONAL PAPER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY.
