Providing Customers with Top Quality Color Copies
The Challenge
Designers, quick printers, in-plant printers and other IP customers using color copiers and laser printers were seeking the exceptional color quality provided by a coated paper for color presentations, sales sheets, photo reproductions, color inserts and designer proofs. In the past, however, coated sheets could often cause performance problems on color and high-speed black and white copiers, causing expensive downtime and requiring service calls. What was needed was a coated sheet combining print quality with trouble-free performance.

The IP Innovation
To answer our customers' need, International Paper developed Hammermill Color Copy Gloss paper. It is a sheet that is coated on both sides and has a 90-brightness level for excellent image contrast and vivid color reproduction. Its sturdy, 32-lb. basis weight provides optimum imaging but prevents incorrect feeding, jamming or blistering. The result is a paper that provides exceptional performance.
