Not content to find interesting ways to embellish the outside of our DVD packaging, the Shorewood NPD team has been hard at work developing something new for the inside. The result: Shorewood's new DECO TRAYS!
Deco Trays are made by blending multiple resins in various colors to achieve a very unique, visually appealing effect. These DVD plastic trays are available in an assortment of colors, patterns and motifs. In fact, any desired look can be created by simply, and quite literally, combining any number of colors into the mix.
Our new Deco Trays provide the perfect setting for your customers' disc releases. They can be incorporated in Digipacks, CLIP PACKs, 5" Digis or any package that utilizes a plastic tray.
Shorewood's Home Entertainment business sales team will be receiving samples of an 8-panel/4-tray DVD Digipak and slipcase that features a palette of Deco Tray choices. Please take note of the side view of the package (shown in the photo below) which offers a new look that consumers and marketers have not seen before.
