ecotainer™ provides a more environmentally sensitive alternative to standard paper packaging.  While conventional paper cups are lined with a petroleum-based moisture barrier, ecotainer™ cups are lined with a corn-based plastic.  That means ecotainer™ products are made from fully renewable materials and are commercially compostable — a small but important step toward a more sustainable future. 

The ecotainer™ product line includes paper hot cups, Cup Buddies and food containers.  ecotainer™ hot cups are available in 4, 8, 10, 12, 16 and 20 ounce sizes and use a standard International Paper hot cup lid.  ecotainer™ food containers are available in 8 and 16 ounce sizes and use a standard International Paper food container lid.  The entire product line comes in an attractive green stock design.
