Stacey J. Mobley
| Stacey J. Mobley, 62, retired senior vice president, chief administrative officer and general counsel of DuPont, a global science company, and a member of DuPont’s Office of the Chief Executive. Mr. Mobley was with DuPont for 35 years and had senior management responsibility for legal and governmental affairs. Mr. Mobley is a director of Wilmington Trust Company, a financial services company, and he serves on the board of trustees of Howard University. Director since July 7, 2008. |
