John L. Townsend, III, 56, managing partner and chief operating officer of Tiger Management LLC, an investment management business since July 2010.  Mr.Townsend is a member of the Riverstone Group, a private investment fund.  Mr. Townsend was previously employed by Goldman Sachs & Co. from 1987 to 2002 and was a general partner from 1992 to 1999 and a managing director from 1999 to 2002. Mr. Townsend is a director of Belk, Inc., a department store retailer.  Director since March 13, 2006.
