ACES (Accessing Customer Electronic Solutions) is a new online product catalog for International Paper's Foodservice Business.

The site gives users access to the following:

• View an online product catalog which will update as changes are made or new products are added to the system.  No more waiting for a new printed version of the catalog.
• Related products feature showing the cups and their related lids and lids with their related cups
• Access to product specs such as case dimensions, ti/hi and cube
• Print a product spec sheet
• Export product specs to excel
• Download logos
• Download images of stock prints

The user can do the following without needing a username or password:

• Search by product line by clicking on a picture or by selecting a product group in the gray bar on the left
• See product information and related items
• From each product detail page, the user can print a spec sheet or see the related product brochure

For the following capabilities, the user will need a sign on.  Please contact your IP Sales representative to gain access.

• Download product images
• Download logos
• Export product specs to excel
• Link back to the e-Tools system for Graphics Support, Order Status, and Sample Requests
